VoiceInvoicing is a voice-first invoicing tool for solo service contractors (plumbers, electricians, landscapers, handymen, cleaners), built by Ops Armada LLC. Whisper transcribes your voice and GPT-4o-mini extracts client, line items, prices, and discounts into a structured invoice you review before sending. No app to install; it works in any phone browser.

How it works

  1. Tap the mic and speak naturally: "Fixed Smith's leaky pipe, 2 hours at $85 an hour, 45 in parts, send to john@smithhouse.com."
  2. AI fills in the invoice. Review on one screen, tap to fix anything. About 5 seconds after you hit Stop.
  3. Send. A professional PDF goes out by email and SMS with a Stripe payment link, and the invoice flips to Paid automatically when the customer pays.

Quotes too

Pro includes voice quotes. Dictate the scope, send a branded PDF by email and SMS, and the customer taps Accept and pays the deposit through Stripe. When it clears, one tap turns the quote into the invoice.

Pricing

Stripe deducts 2.9% + $0.30 from customer card payments; VoiceInvoicing doesn't take a cut. You can turn the payment link off per invoice and collect cash or check with no fees at all. Cancel anytime through Stripe's billing portal, no contracts.

Common questions

Can I use it without Stripe? Yes. Invoices go out without a Pay button and you mark cash, check, or Zelle payments paid manually.

What if extraction gets a number wrong? Every field on the review screen is tappable; fix anything before you hit Send. You're always the final check.

Is customer data safe? Voice audio is processed by OpenAI per their API policies (not used to train models); Stripe handles all payment data directly, so we never see card numbers.
